These are leagues that require each team/owner to have a full selection of plays (40 offense and 30 defense) ACTIVE. No play used more than 5-6 times per game, which requires offense and defense settings to be evenly set. Rosters are required to be RL-related, RBs at RB, LB at LB, etc, as opposed to using CB and WR for speed gain.
