Draws opposing defense into off sides situations. Basically, incur a penalty scenario on the opposition/field position warfare.

Hmmm QB has 98 hard count but only draws. 1.8 penalties a game.

It also disrupts rush timing, if I remember correctly, which means it's not as big of a deal now as it was in < 4.5 code.

I am just trying to figure out how the QB I linked is averaging over 10yds/attempt.

First year of the allocation league means lots of silly big plays because SP is so variable.
