Where is settings when to do 4th?

Where is settings when to go for 4th?
I havent found it (in usflwfl )

Earlier owner have realy stupid setting going for it at OWN 5 when 4th and 10 when much time left and standing close to equal !!!

Not including rules, the setting you are looking for will be in the misc section of the gameplanning tab. The specific thing to change is the slider below "Hurry Up - Min remaining per score" which affects how aggressive your team will be in losing situations

Dont seem to be whole, because it happened at:
4-10-BLT 3 (2:18) 16 - 17 points
"Hurry Up - Min remaining per score" 3 minutes
NOTE. THIRD quarter and I were only 1 point under...

And such wouldnt bother about the important how long distance its left at 4th.

Well. You are PARTLY :) right
but the earlier owner had mad so much mess so much to try to solve. And the worst is UNSOLVABLE in several years:
a BAD (73) player he had signed 5 years left 15 mill salary 43 mill bohnus PER YEAR!!! so I cant even cut him, because then I would go "bankruptcy"...

The play in question happened late in the 4th quarter, not the 3rd.

Here is a screenshot starting with the play in question. Note the two minute warning bar, that means it was in the 4th qtr and if you didn't go for it, you'd likely lose anyway by never getting the ball back.

It is your hurry up setting or your rules. Nothing else will make the AI go for it on 4th down.

Also it goes DOWN-DISTANCE-FIELD POSITION (TIME SNAPPED) so that says 4th down, 10 yards to go, on the Baltimore 3 yard line and the ball was snapped with 2:18 remaining in whatever quarter. It doesn't list the quarter which I now realize is something I want if we ever get the UI update

Oh I thought the "3" stood for third quarter. (I did made quick check parallell to doing other things.)

No, in this case the 3 is for the 3 yard line. Hope your settings are to your liking for this game tonight.
