Volatility at draft

IN the War room, looking at the draft board (box on right if on pc). Edit button.
AT the bottom of the pop up that allows the user to choose target # per position and weight each position regarding priority, it states:

“If this is non-zero, early rounds will prioritize players with low volatility while later rounds will prioritize players with high volatility. “

Following that paragraph, is a slider - “Volatility Weight: that goes from 0 to 100.

Does this mean that if I choose 100, and I have not done a manual draft board in the war room (I have), that the AI would choose 1: most weighter player with the highest target #, and 2: the highest rating and 3: the LOWEST volatility approaching zero?

Would that also mean if I selected zero for the slider that the AI would meet conditions 1-3 (I sure hope it works that way) and then choose the player with the HIGHEST volatility approaching 100?

Thank you for any clarifications.

From my testing in various allocation drafts and auto drafting a few teams:
1. Highest target count
2. Highest weight
3. Highest rating by acceptable vol

Equal target count is tie broken by weight. Equal weight and equal target count is broken by highest rating by acceptable vol. Highest rating by acceptable vol is a fancy way of saying your vol slider will determine the max acceptable vol to draft for the current round and then the highest rated players under this vol would make up your draft board.

Having your vol slider at 0 is most similar to drafting without consideration for vol. At 100 it would be most similar to only drafting for vol. In the first three rounds, a high value for the vol slider will draft for low vol options only while in the last four rounds it will draft for high vol options.

If you go back a page, I have a post covering more info about the draft board and the vol slider. I'm on mobile otherwise I would link.
