1) Ball is tipped by the LB (because he's in the middle of the flight path and that means knockdown)
2) Defender downfield intercepts it
3) Another defender is immediately called for defensive pass interference
First problem: Because of #1, #3 could never happen. DPI can only be called when the ball is in the air and the receiver has a reasonable chance to catch the ball. If a penalty occurred before #1, then it would be defensive holding since the defensive player would have preventing the offensive player to be in position.
Second problem: #1 is not recorded at all by the game.
Third problem: #3 happens after #2 so the DPI penalty occurs after the ball has been intercepted
