Coach contract should not be veiwable by other teams. If someone wants offer more then do so.

If a coach is fired then that team has to pay all of the contract. It is guaranteed money .

Any assistant coach being offered more money should notify current owner .

Make the teams net worth visable in numeric form and lower the percentage of the net worth used to higher coaches to match actual real life numbers .
