I'm trying to reallocate salaries of my coaches in one of my teams. As I do this, the remaining amount is in the negative because I have to wait for the expensive position coaches to be replaced. And that's IF they get replaced because I don't know if someone else will offer the free agent coaches a better contract. And if that happens, then I'm concerned about my other offers not going through and I'll lose out.
So I'm seeing two negatives from not being able to fire coaches before I get a replacement...
1. As I'm doing a mass reallocation of salaries, it makes it hard to know how much money is left.
2. And, more importantly, I may lose out on more important hires if the position coach replacements don't accept my offer at a lower rate than the coach I'm trying to get rid of.
I don't know if anyone else has experienced a similar situation?
