Sharing playbooks by community members

i was thinking about this idea in that people complain that certain plays dont work , that plays that it seems people post about that someone find a exploit which happens every time when new players join , that they need a post note to remind themselves to remove a play , that they wish people stop using the play , etc.

basically i think this idea would fix so many problems with playbooks if we could do this.

*ok certain plays dont work that means now everyone and their brother will get a shared playbook that takes that play out the playbook.
*ok certain plays people see rear their ugly end that someone has used because of a exploit now with a shared playbook people will take that play out of the playbook
*ok people need notes for what plays to remove now with a shared playbook that goes absolete in that with the shared playbook now that play is out of the playbook
*ok people complain that they dont people using certain plays that goes BYE BYE too in that now with a shared playbook now those plays leave with a shared playbook which the play is out of the playbook.
*etc.

i truly believe this would solve the problems that people bring up when they talk about playbooks or plays.

Shared playbooks?

Yeah, um, no. Lets just go roster only everywhere.

But to give a serious, analytical reply. The issue is it takes away the intellectual property of a GM whom has taken the time to decipher offensive plays which work, when and where and then on the flip side defensively....avoidance of ones that lead to big offensive plays or ones which are the most impenetrable. My motivational level goes down to zero if this takes effect and I'm sitting down to prepare for a season. I'd no longer be able to differentiate and separate from the competition.

thought it was worth a shot if it solves some problems though i guess you opened a can of worms of new problems it would present.

guess i will go back to the drawing board and think of a better idea to do the same thing this one suppose to do but wont handicap people.

Mentorship Program?

Which is something, I believe, happens and is a way to get GMs up to speed. Kababmaster is an example of someone who hit the ground running, pretty much dominating the field from the outset due to strong mentorship.
