Make Al Teams carry a Kicker

To piggyback on the idea that they need Punters = https://parody.myfootballnow.com/community/5/5754?page=1#34697

They also should have a Kicker not anyone else doing it for them

1/6 FG ( DT and RG ) , 0/1 40 +( DT and RG ) , NA for 50 + ( DT and RG ) , long of 30 ( DT ), 2/5 XP ( DT and RG ) , 15 KOS ( MLB ), 58.2 Avg ( MLB )

me thinks CPU should not only carry a Punter because well there has been bad ones that they should also Carry a Kicker
