I've seen this happen a few times (even in Private Leagues) for no apparent reason a GM/Singular Team will flood the Waiver Wire market with 5-10 difference making, 80+ rated players in one fell swoop. Late season and playoffs you just can't let this happen and affect critical games. There has to be a way that the sim engine reacts to it with a pop up message of 'nice try, buddy' or basically something which realizes what's happening and just blocks the attempt.

Guessing you are posting this because of what happened in AFL
the real issue with that shock team is that it has yet to go full boson - all but 9 of the 45 players have 1 yr remaining. The owner has been around a while... but umm. I see red flags. Maybe there is some grand plan, but I doubt it.

i think the CPU signed all those players to 1 years during the sim that it cut the whole team if i am not mistaken
Even worse, if so, Punisher. MFN has got to get this psycho crazy soon to be ex spouse in a divorce destroying the finances AI signing under control, hahha.
