FoV Mattering for All Players

Like the title says, I think one of the ways to handle a lot of the problems with the game's balance is to incorporate a player's field of view stat into more positions outside of QB. Most running plays are good because of the pre-snap alignment they generate, and the blocking scheme they are hard coded with. This hard coded blocking scheme mostly means that running plays that are good will stay good, and plays that are bad will stay bad regardless of your personnel assuming your opponent is calling a decent defensive play.

Using FoV for your blockers will stop the case of the OL needing to cross the formation to block LBs that are in the hole. Example: 212 runs will have the RT blocking the WLB so for some weak side run to be successful your RT needs to sprint across the field to block the WLB before your RB gets there. If your RT doesn't get there you're looking at a 3-ish yard gain where your LG and FB both sprinted past a LB in the running lane.

Ideally FoV would be used to make the game to be more dynamic with your player's INT and FoV being combined to influence their actions based on what they can "see." I don't think this would be easy to implement at all and understand it would take time for it to be added but I think that if the game does not become more dynamic in some way then realistically every game engine will be "found out" and quickly become stagnate
