Back in the day when Al Davis was alive, the Raiders traded Jon Gruden to Tampa Bay for 2 1sts, 2 2nds and $8 million.

Two Hall of Fame WR allege Bill Callahan sabotaged the game plan. One thing I remember is that was Rich Gannon's worst game ever and I heard Tampa Bay knew what was coming because they didn't change the audibles or some ****.

They also say the gameplan change is what led to Barrett Robbins losing his mind and going to Mexico on a bender.

Didn’t the patriots pull something similar with Josh McDaniels back in the day? I know he bailed on Indy once, but was he signed as a head coach once before that with compensation sent to New England, then sucked, got fired and went back to the patriots…
