Administrator tool suite

If we assume that the MVP Club subscription tier were aimed at league administrators, it could be made more appealing while simultaneously helping the game by offering additional tools. These represent a small selection of ideas (that could easily be expanded upon).

The normal pushback against admin tool ideas is that a bad administrator could rig the league in their favour, in which case I'd suggest they wouldn't remain at the helm of a league for very long as the team owners would go elsewhere.

Create/rename/remove forums
Starting with something small in terms of impact, the ability to manage the forums attached to your league would be helpful. Renaming, creating new boards.

Front page alerts
Much like the "You need to scout your next opponent" pop-up, the ability to add a pop-up that triggers for either all or specific owners that directs them to a link (most likely a forum thread or poll) and expires after a pre-set time.

Moving teams
The ability to switch teams between divisions. There is unlikely to be any league in the game that hasn't had a "if we reorganised divisions now" type conversation. Could be booked in at any point, but only done when it's "safe" to do so - ie, when the next season's schedule is created, perhaps.

Freeze AI activity
A simple toggle to prevent AI-controlled teams signing contracts of any kind.

Reduce injury level
A slider that grants owners the ability to wipe X weeks of injury over the course of a season. Could be zero, could be... any number. Spend a point to wipe a week off the injury duration, or dump all the points on that one injury, owners' choice.

Draft balancing
Change the number and stat generation of the upcoming class. Want to create a class of superstars? Or maybe you want to drag down the overall skill level in the league over time so that 70-rated becomes the new starter level. Maybe you want a draft with nothing but high volatility players? Or incredibly low. Would allow leagues to become very different from one another, potentially creating more interesting results.

Adjust play strength
On a per-play basis modify the dice rolls for the offense and defense globally. Instead of removing the OLB Flat Zone from the playbook, instead it could be modified so that all defenders' "dice rolls" on the play are adjusted down by 20%. Or the offense's rolls by 10%. Such wild changes in rolls might have unexpected consequences, so finding a sweet spot would be tricky, but it could also be used randomly. Allow the game to +/- 5% every play in the game once a season in order to affect the meta, thereby removing the need to play "whack-a-mole" in development to try and create realistic-looking results. This could be supplemented with the ability to outright remove plays from the league.

Hall of fame
Set up a league Hall of Fame for retired players, allowing the commissioner to appoint the new honorees. Since this is the kind of thing league commissioners do anyway, it just makes life a little easier while adding visibility (if you didn't want to code a system of nomination and voting for all owners to take part in).

Notification of admin action
Whether wiping dead cap, renaming a division, or setting a new injury rate, every admin action should generate an auto-post in the League News forum. This would ensure transparency for suspicious players and go some way to avoid "bad" admins.

This is far from being an exhaustive list, but the end result is the same. Empower your league admins to do more and they'll create some fantastically diverse league environments, enriching the game for the people you hope to persuade to subscribe. You could go one step further, and reduce the cost of the admin's MVP subcription for each owner who has a paid sub - thereby turning your league admins into additional sales force.

I jumped in this section to add a suggestion. But it would be fitting in this thread as well I think.

a) Allow Admins to set rookie contract length.
b) Allow Franchise tags.
