UI player identification

A major UI inprovement for me at least would be an easier way of identifying the players on the play by play screen. I find it very hard to see the numbers and the only alternative is to scan the csv and hope to match up with where they should be on the play (if I can remember that). A tooltip style name would be ideal - not sure how that would work on a mobile? Anyway as the Ui is getting attention - here's the thing that would dramatically improve my experience.

+1. Doesn't need to be on hover/tap, a list of players on the field and the ability to select which ones are highlighted would be enough for me.

hover gives me a special feeling, tho.
heh.

Being able to ID players in MFN "film" - and the current not gonna happen without waaay too much work and browser windows open, is exactly why i don't watch film.

Additionally, while reading forums, someone wrote a real nice piece about film and compared it to the old school electronic football and the dot-matrix football games of the 1990's a few years ago that was really brilliant.

A simpler version would be to have a togglable set of player 'sprites' that have basically just a circle with a much clearer number in it, admittedly not as nice to look at but my poor old eyes just cannot make out the current numbers!
