It seems all leagues whos sims were between 6-7pm central time are stuck in sim. TPM, PFL, WLPF.

Yeah, our league (Electrosports) seems to be stuck as well. Been just on an hour to process our midweek stage (Preseason 4).

UPDATE: now heading to Hour 4 with the sim still processing

All of my sims that are in game or midweek spins are stuck. The ones drafting are not.

Wait until the drafting should start. Seems like the server is down.
