for me it's not an exact science at all. I weight things how i like only for the sole reason to be able to tell the players that will fit my system in a crowd. So when i'm going through a draft it's very easy to tell guys that fit that mold. I always put the most important attributes that i look for at 100 and then lower the rest to get the desired result. Once you have it layered out you can go around and look at the successful players and the players you deem great and see how your weights have judged them. It's crazy how different rosters look through my lenses of weights compared to others i bet :). There's really no perfect set of weights and really it doesn't change anything about the players. It's all about helping the owner find which players suit their standards and what attributes they like most. Only way to get that result is to keep tinkering until you get a set that makes it obvious when you click on a guy and his overall rating matches your overall opinion. It's definitely easier to take setherick's and tinker with it but i've won a lot of games and i don't think my weights are very similar to his. This just means there's more than one successful way to judge players.
