Could it be possible to have a intersquad scrimmage added on the NCAA league?

I have to say that this game seems to be slipping away. 300+ yard rushing games, less passing. I believe the game was better before. It seems like the focus has shifted to window dressing and away from accurately simulating NFL football.

you need to get in better leagues to get a better reflection of stats. Even then the stats won't ever mirror pro football. More likely a reflection of a college type statistical output. I would advise you to join a private league since everyone gameplans and the games are much more competitive.

I appreciate your response. However, I have been playing in the same league for a very long time. When I first started the game was pretty good at approximating NFL Football. Through the seasons players have worked very hard to find ways to exploit the system including calling a long pass every play and blitzing every play. These strategies unfortunately worked very well in conflict with reality. JDavid has done a very good job of trying to combat play that hurts the reality of the game. Unfortunately, the problem seems to originate with the players that play in many leagues. There are some players that have some teams that they just use to experiment with finding ways to win games with unconventional strategies. This tends to destroy the realism of the game. I fully understand that JDavid has changed the game to combat this long pass approach however, this has lead to the game becoming a run first game and then sneak long passes in once the defense has adjusted to stop the run. I find this very frustrating. It also seems that certain attributes are now the only ones that matter. For example, most of my players are 70's, 80's and 90,s and I lose to teams that have mostly 50 or 60 players that have 100 speed. These teams end up winning with 2 or 3 70-80 yard runs or 2-3 70-80 yard passes per game. I run a very realistic offense and defense and lose to teams that are running offenses and defenses that would not work in real life. I used to love this game and now I consider quiting at the end of every season. I have hung in there in hopes that this game will return to its' former glory, but I am losing hope.
