Allow teams to have more than one human 'manager'

The more you delve into this game, the more complex it can become if you want to win. I know some people spend hours gameplanning, so for them this probably isn't a fit.

But having more than one human manager on a team would help to make teams more competitive and add a social aspect as well.

Personally I spend a lot of time with my offense and personnel but have very little time for the defense and still have a life. The obvious choice would be for me to have less teams, but having help would allow my teams to still be competitive while maintaining my usual 8-10 teams.

well done sir you have thought of 2 great ideas if i dont say myself.

And i would think this one would be best of the 2 in that people or i think from what i have read from people on here complain about managing their teams and/or that dont have alot of time to manage their team so really i would think this idea if done right would in way make it easier for them to managing their teams especially if they dont have much time as others do in a way it would really even the playing field for them .

Edit::: Like for example if this was in the game then really the OP of this thread wouldnt have to try to give his information to complete stranger which i dont think he could do nor would he have to ask JDB to do it for him though not sure if he can do it just thinking he might be able to .

I thought I'd bring this up again now that a lot of people are taking vacations.

This is an interesting idea. I'm not sure I would be one to utilize this feature, but it could certainly be handy.

You could have maybe three "slots"
1) head coach - in charge of personnel and general gameplanning
2) Offensive Coordinator - heavy input on offensive side
2) Defensive Coordinator - heavy input on defensive side

or maybe have 2 slots
1) General Manager - in charge of personnel and transactions
2) Head coach - in charge of all gameplanning

There are so many multis using this site now, that it is not a good feature.

I'm thinking you would only team up with someone you know and trust from somewhere else anyways. So, multis shouldn't affect that if you are smart about it. ... The problem would come with people who aren't very discerning when choosing their partners.

How many STDs are also transmitted. Penicillin doesn't cure everything

I have been on board with this idea for the longest time. Such real life potential . It really is limitless. I would like this to be one of the final applications of jdb to add but I would prefer time spent on game engine code . Like a play editor first.

The whole idea could be applied just like coaches are now, but real people. Start out as a position coach helping draft for your position. Learning from your coordinators how to create masterful plans, but you only see your positions assignments . As a gm you could Fight for the the youngest most innovative coaches . Create coaching trees of knowledge . I see it all working best in a slower league though.

To cap it off I have all ways enjoyed the idea getting rookies from actual nc a a leagues

And I mean EVERYTHING you have asked for
Just be careful what you asked for.

Try it ......
I like MFN way better, but each their own.

In my opinion, Pigskin Empire is everything MFN is not (And that's a compliment to MFN) and what JDB should avoid to attempt at all costs.
