Looking at the GMs in his division and overall conference, he's not going anywhere winning wise. He can collect all the 85+ rated talent he desires but when the Scarlet letters of 'MP' (Missed Playoffs) hit his history tab, it'll just make this clown more of a joke.

Although, I can't understand why at this point JDB hasn't made Cleveland and Green Bay open teams.
