IMO, great trade for Minnesota

In theory I would agree. But they gave up the #1 overall for four picks that will all be at the end of the round. Do you want the one superstar or 4 really good players?

Minnesota needs a lot. That's why it works for a team that is already there

As for Minnesota, they did a great job adding a lot of quality for the pick. I think both will benefit, I just think Minnesota has more to gain, given that their needs are greater. :-)
