As we're rapidly approaching the off season, I thought I'd inquire as to whether anyone had any dissent to making this a customizable-friendly league as per jdavidbakr's forum posting on the subject (http://mfn2.myfootballnow.com/community/1/188). I obviously personally would be in favor of it, as long as everyone was respectful and mature in any proposed team changes, but as a pay-only option, I don't foresee any issues with that. Thanks!

Any feedback on this? Want to make sure there are no dissenters, if there are not I'll turn on the customizable flag on this league so that you guys have a chance to do something before the preseason starts if you so desire.

IMO I would rather see it start from beginning draft instead of a league already made

Not going to dissent (I won't be using it, though... I'm poor. Heh.), but I do agree with Morbid. A league that has some 'history' established probably should be kept as such... Maybe revisit it in a few seasons.

Ok, I'll start a new league in a couple of weeks (I want MFN-8 to get a bit more established before having another allocation draft)

Teams do move in the NFL, and as it's a pay option, I don't expect teams will be moving very frequently here, and those that do will most likely be owned by players who are significantly invested in continuing with that franchise. If anything, I expect it'd better foster immersion. Maybe we could find some middle ground and allow for any proposed changes in venue to go to a league wide vote, and if there's any dissent veto it? I really want to move Kansas City to London, haha.

futball is in London and they do crumpets, not BBQ. Kansas City moving there is just wrong...for one who yelled for realism, this is just silly

I happened to mention London (tongue in cheek) just because of the current expectations that an expansion team is going to be opened there in the next several years (5 games will be played there next season, by the by). There's nothing unrealistic about teams switching cities, especially smaller market teams, which KC is. But regardless, realism for me has to do specifically with how the sim is run, not with the flair and window dressing. If it's really that upsetting to you though, that's fine, it doesn't need to be implemented for this league, but please try to be reasonable about it.
