The trading deadline has passed for this season - once we get to the offseason you'll see the trade button. It appears on the player card if the player is eligible to be traded, on the user card (when you click on a user's name from the forums or the standings page, for example), and there will be a place to begin a new trade under the "My Team->Trades" area.
