I agree with the take by Thor that everyone should try to win. When your team sucks, do what you can to refine the pieces in place. Tanking to get a higher draft choice will not have a big difference for a team in the long run. Guaranteed an owner with that lame of an attittude won't last, or at least will not be a legitimate contender.
The NFL guideline mentioned by Ares is solid, in terms of a team not even trying. Tank the owner if the owner is tanking.

I agree. I had my team in MFN-11 start off like 1-6 and could have easily tanked it but instead just pushed harder and finished at 8-8. If i hadnt tried i easily could have had a top 5 draft pick.

Atlanta is a complete joke.
I just looked and they run about 80% of the time and are terrible at it. Their OC is supposed to be PASS focused and yet they run and he is rated as a 65 to top it off. Wrong offense, horrid coordinator, etc. Ownership renewal here would be ill-advised for the league's interest

One of the downsides of MFN is that owners such as this are allowed to continue and not immediately removed. I don't understand why JDB would want owners like this as part of his game.
