Interesting trade. NO gets rid of a cornerstone to build on and NJ gets a premiere pass rusher for a reasonable price. Doesn't seem like a good way to turn your 0-5 team around...

A late 3, late 1 and an older mediocre DE isn't worth that type of DE talent. I would've made the same deal if I were New Jersey. Great deal for them.

The DE is a top-3 type of talent and to give him away for what amounts to a low 1st, low 3rd, and never-was DE is not kind of the thing champions are made of. Oh well, Bryson got an early Christmas

End result is a swap of NO next years first which could be top 5 last Ears 4th for NJ 1st which will be 25 at the highest.
