If you want to pass the ball, all of your OL should have as close to 100 pass block as possible. Remember that ST doesn't really matter in the pass blocking game, so you can ignore that. Also, unless you want to develop a power running game, you're fine with having mid-to-high run blocking skill if your RBs are fast. You only need an OL to hold the hole for a split second. And if you're opponent is in run key, you're not running anywhere anyway.
I don't know, I think the problem also might be related to the defensive play calling. Attack2 was called 26 times, Attack1 was called 12 times. Those are both 7 man blitzes. So 38 times the D sent 7 men at the QB. It's either going to be a sack or, if the QB actually gets the ball off, probably a completion for a big gain? If you have a lot of medium or long passes in your gameplan, that's what's going to happen...
Actually that was his defense that kept running Attack1 and Attack2 (he managed 7 sacks on my QB) , my defense was the one that racked up 33 sacks and ran 11 total plays (one 14 times, another 13 times, 9 times, so on...)

What? Oh, I'm an idiot! Sorry about that. I'd never seen you run Attack1 and 2 like that, I figured you might be experimenting or something... seems a bit crazy, right?

You're getting sacked so often because YOU ONLY THROW LONG, EVERY TIME YOU THROW, WITHOUT EXCEPTION (in multiple leagues). The gimmick will only take you so far.
Oh yeah for sure, I understand my offense is a gimmick. I threw deep a lot. My QB has garbage scramble. But regardless, I think it should be statistically impossible to sack a QB 33 times from the game engines perspective. Passing and blocking just feel broken. LA is a great team too, so i doubt this performance will be repeated. Just going to leave the gameplan as is and see how ridiculous it gets :)

There are plenty of problems with the passing and blocking code, and they have absolutely nothing to do with your results. It's not that you "threw deep a lot." It's that you threw deep every single time. Combined with your offensive line, I would suggest you actually should have more than 33 sacks. I would expect the same results in real life.
