Jacques Rose climbs alltime list

Jacques Rose, the New England QB, passed Michael Wolfe for 4th alltime in passing yards and passing TD's.
With a week 8 performance where Rose threw for 692 yds and 8 TDs, he climbed into the number 4 spot in both categories with a career total of 55,267 yards and 378 TDs.
Next for Rose is Wilford Molter(3rd) and Glenn Muncy(2nd). He needs 570 yards for third and 736 yards for second place alltime. Barring injury, Rose should pass both this season. He is still an incredible 9,180 yards behind legendary QB Wilbert Davis.
Next for Rose in passing TDs is William Witte(3rd) and Glenn Muncy(2nd). He needs 3 TDs for 3rd, 82 TDs for 2nd and an amazing 222 to catch alltime great Wilbert Davis.
As things stand, realistically Rose should finish his career 2nd in passing yards and 3rd in passing TDs cementing himself as one of the alltime greats.

Update......

With a 300 yard passing game against NYA, Jacque Rose became 2nd alltime in passing yards with 56,162 yards. He is a distant 2nd to #1 alltime passing yard leader Wilbert Davis. He needs 8285 yards to catch him.

Side note....

WR Mark Honeycutt climbed the alltime receiving list for yards with 12,573 making him 24th alltime and Receiving TDs with 101 placing him 9th alltime.

The only question is how much longer both Rose and Honeycutt will continue to play as they both climb the alltime lists.

On the league home page, go to player stats. Hit the pulldown menu for year and scroll down to All time. It gives you alltime stats for both active and retired players
