If your new to the game ask away any questions, also be very wary of trades of veteran owners trying to steal your draft picks of rounds 3 and lower for higher picks, the higher picks are at most roster fillers and they wouldnt even make some teams. If you have a weak team holding those picks is best unless your getting a real stud back or a player you really want
