I was thinking of maybe doing player awards at the end of each season.
We can do it simple... for each league do an MVP, Offensive Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year.
We can do it complex... besides the above, we can have an all star ballot... 1 QB, 1 RB, 1 FB, 1 TE, 2 WR, 1 of each offensive line, 1 LDE, 2 DT, 1 RDE, 1 SLB, 1 MLB, 1 WLB, 2 CB, 1 FS, 1 SS, 1 K, 1 P, 1 return man.
Or we can do anything else. Just an idea. If you are interested, let's discuss it and see where it ends up.
My thoughts on how it would work: Everyone sends in a secret ballot with their votes. You cannot vote for players on your own team. I don't know if there is a way for jdavidbakr to be able to set up an automated poll, where you can go to vote, and select the winners automatically, or if we will just pick someone to tally the votes and insure no one is voting for their own players...
