The Cleveland police department reported that the Cleveland fan was arrested for blocking an alley by burning his plastic chair. The “alleged†vandal said he was unable to drag his couch out by himself so used what he could carry. The CPD said in an official statement that they would not allow the Cleveland fan to run amok and create an environment of anarchy. The Cleveland news media was stunned to learn that Cleveland still had a team.
