I think it would be of every league’s best interest to have a commissioner that can review trades and player movement. This commissioner could run for the position on a year to year election [ offseason] by the other owners in the league. This would provide for an extra level of confidence that the game is not being compromised by either outright cheating, collusion or advantage of a game bug.

Yep what we need is another Roger Goodell in charge... ummm nope. Seen that misused power.

There is a commissioner, his name is JDB. I don't feel another level is needed because any issues with cheating or whatnot can be brought to his attention and he can investigate.
