My question is whether or not the pick should have been nullified by the holding penalty or was the penalty called during the interception return? The interception also does not show up in the game stats.

Looks like the penalty was after the INT - but you're right, the stats should have made it to the stats. I'll check into it.

The penalty was indeed called on the int. return. I zoomed way in and ran the play in slow motion and you can see where Talbot holds the guy.
