I don't see a link to re-sign my players?

Click on the player and there should be a "contract" button on their card - unless they were signed in the current season, in which case you can't renegotiate them.

What I normally do is go to the my team home page, click on "Edit Filter" on the roster, choose to show "player contracts" and then sort by future rating, and go down and find all the players with "1" year on their contract, starting with the best player and down.

So does this player become a FA at the end of the season, because I can't sign him now? There is no link to sign, probably because I signed him during the season.

Yes, he will. There's a bug with the notice that I just fixed in MFN-1 and should be fixed for the next season elsewhere - it's not supposed to give you that message if you can't resign them.
