Mfn2 season is one game from end of season and we are going to have at least 10 5,000 yard passers.

A quick fix for this would be to reduce the break tackle ability for QB'S and WR'S.

Agreed

Or maybe there are a lot of really bad defenses / defensive playcalling? When I watch the games this seems to be the issue more than the offenses.

Very rarely do I see a WR or QB breaking multiple tackles on their way to a big gain. It's usually a wide open receiver who makes one guy miss and then he's off to the races.

Also, it makes a big difference if the owner is an active participant and gameplans, etc. A lot of the "blowouts" seem to be against owners who haven't logged in since January (for example).

Maybe it's a case of confirmation bias, but I've personally encountered a ton of WRs breaking tackles for big gains. I can't recall seeing QBs doing so though, in fact in my experience QB scrambling is pretty weak and ineffective compared to what more mobile QBs (ie Aaron Rodgers, Vick, etc) are capable of in the NFL.

100% ok with this.

Every game I see half a dozen defenders occupy the same space as the QB. Who then proceeds to throw the ball. Could it be changed to be 50/50 sack, or a notation that the QB escaped the grasp of "defender name".

in the NFL 2013 team sacks high and low was 60-31
2014 54-20
Throwing out the outliers you get close to 2.5 average a game per team (40sacks/16games)

This season mfn-2 average team got about 1.5 per team per game.
Increasing just 1 sack per team per game average would go a long way to balancing the game and bring passing offense closer to real numbers. (10 5,000+ yard passers in this season alone)

Respectfully and constructively intended;)
