WOW 15 mil

Thats what it takes to sign a position coach now? I had a 4.5 million offer out for a running Backs coach and lost to a 15 million bid as a WR coach...CRAZY

Yeah, there is some issues with coaches salaries, that's for sure.

Are you talking about Stanley Trudeau?
He went for 15mil because he's a top 3 head coach.
Somebody just outbid me for him.

76 mil? No that's too much. I am thinking in the 28-33 mil range at most

My current year contracts for coaches is almost 70 mil and I still need to hire one.

Oak just signed an OC for 130 mil for 6 years.

Man. I'm behind the times...I've not spent anywhere near that much. Hope we don't die in training camp!

So OAK just lost that coach to Bal (HC) so they signed another OC for $130 over 6 seasons. Something isn't right with this system.

is everyone willing to start from scratch...
...so we would fire ALL of the coaches and
have the same annual coach salary cap
for everyone....
...and coaches could only be signed
for 1 year
...it would be an auction each year

...l would go for that...
