The previous owner went with an all rookie team after I refused to reset his dead cap. I will reset dead cap for a new owner taking over a team before they make a single transaction, but after that it's too late. He had planned on sticking it out but must have had a change of heart as he has not logged into MFN for 10 days.

Jacksonville is coming off a 6-10 season, but the Bulls were a playoff team the previous 4 seasons, winning the division once and 3 wildcards, all with double digit wins.
