Re: Ownership - NFC

Well yesterday I did ownership for AFC and NFC for MFN 1 so I thought I would do them for MFN 2.

anyway I have gone thru each team , listed each number of owners for each team and I have also added their wins - losses record for the 14 years .
Btw Ties were counted as losses to make this easier.

here are my findings

NFC East
Philadelphia - 2 owners - 170-54 (.759)
Dallas - 8 owners - 90-134 (.402)
New York - 9 owners - 85-139 (.379)
Washington - 6 owners - 85-139 (.379)

NFC North
Chicago - 3 owners - 175-49 (.781)
Minnesota - 7 owners - 107-117 (.478)
Green Bay - 7 owners - 99-125 (.442)
Detroit - 7 owners - 84-140 (.375)

NFC South
Tampa Bay - 4 owners - 125-99 (.558)
Carolina - 7 owners - 114-110 (.509)
New Orleans - 9 owners - 97-127 (.433)
Atlanta - 8 owners - 86-138 (.384)

NFC West
Seattle - 8 owners - 148-76 (.661)
Los Angeles - 5 owners 143-81 (.638)
San Francisco - 8 owners 96-128 (.429)
Arizona - 6 owners - 82-142 (.366)

Total owners-total wins-losses
104---------------1786-1798 (.498)

few notes
NFC South and NFC West both have 2 teams over the .500 winning percentage
NFC East and NFC North both have only 1 team over the .500 winning percentage
this really shows that Chicago is the class of the NFC with Philadelphia hot on their heels
also this shows both New York and Washington have the same win - loss record and winning percentage.
this shows that Arizona is the worst team if you factor in the W-L winning percentage after 14 years.
also this shows that this NFC division is better than the MFN 1 in winning percentage so take from that what you will.
New Orleans and New York have the most owners with 9
Philadelphia has the fewest owners with 2
It seems like NFC has a high turnover ratio with owners

Philly and Chicago had a nice rivalry for about 10 seasons, Phinsfan was a killer owner.

I took over after season 2, when the allocation draft left Chicago bare after the players weren't re-signed. It was a challenge to rebuild, but we've maintained a level of excellence throughout our history.
