Thats what it takes to sign a position coach now? I had a 4.5 million offer out for a running Backs coach and lost to a 15 million bid as a WR coach...CRAZY

Yeah, there is some issues with coaches salaries, that's for sure.

So OAK just lost that coach to Bal (HC) so they signed another OC for $130 over 6 seasons. Something isn't right with this system.
