NFL teams routinely trade out of the 1st rd in many drafts for various reasons and the way they judge and value talent. I agree with Morbid that this was a solid draft, though not spectacular, it was adequate in every sense of the word.

Agreed. i have had drafts that the first round pick turned into a dud and the 3rd rounder turned into a stud and an instant starter

I am impressed with how David is improving this game and look forward to the continue evolving of MFN

I know they can go up or down, but these first ratings are basically the players "projected" skill level. Unless all of these players go up, there are going to be a lot of max 60 players that were taken in the 1st round.

Some of those picks are team-need specific. I looked and found many 2nd rounders well over 70 and even a couple in the 80's in the 2nd :shrugs:
I like seeing highly rated guys but this draft seems on par with others to the best of my recollection
