Depends on the next man up. This guy is a solid LB (if you ignore the speed). If the team had a major liability before, this is a serious upgrade.

I think he's a serviceable back up. I wouldn't have to rely on him. And I sure as **** wouldn't have spent a 2, 3, 4 on him.

So a CB4 goes for a 2, 3, and 4 nowadays. ... Who needs a CB?
