I dedicate the upcoming season to Warrior.
The new person I'll be running out of the game.
A valiant effort today. It's nice to start the season off with a big fat W. Looking forward to our next meeting.
4.6 seems to be a bigger crapshoot than ever. I don't have any business beating anybody, ever, but here I am. The worst thing about it is, it lets this Warrior guy think he's hot stuff.
Not really living up to the name there, mr. slowtospeak. I understand how, without being aware of the history, this may look like I'm being an a-hole. It was fully justified based not only on history, but smirt's uncalled for comment about running me out of the game. On paper, we should have been blown out of the water today. I didn't expect that, nor did I expect to actually pull out the win. We overperformed not by chance or fluke, but because we saw through smirt's gimmicky game plan and were able to put together a plan to counteract it. His offensive plan is going to put up big yardage in chunks, but it is also prone to big mistakes. His ultra aggressive defensive plan is likely to shut down an offense for most of a game, but is prone to giving up huge plays, moreso the further into the game you get.
Also, "hot stuff" is not the way I would put it, but I would put my record up against essentially anyone who has ever played this game. I've only recently returned from a big absence when I was focused on work. I don't say this to be arrogant, just responding to your comment with a fact: I know what it takes to win in MFN. Been there, done that, happy to be back doing it again.
Nobody else will get the same kind of treatment that smirt gets from me, and it is well earned. It is also in a way out of respect for him being another one of the elites of the game. I told him after blowing him out in XFL, "I expect better out of you", and I said it not to be a jerk necessarily, but because I meant it. I don't expect to get easy wins against the other elite owners, but I always expect to be competitive.
