I put a suggestion in the suggestions box thread that could help to solve this type of problem. Any feedback would be appreciated. It's titled "Public" Trade Offers. Thanks.

What's more odd is the guy that has Pitt's number 1 this year has Pitt's 1 and 2 picks for the next three seasons. This seems awfully fishy. Is everyone OK with this? I know I just joined this league, but this doesn't look legit at all.

I can't stop it, but I don't have to play in a league that is obviously rigged either.

I realize that I'm new to the league, but you have to see it from my point of view. I join a new league, I know I need to rebuild, so I look for who has the number 1 pick so that I can negotiate picks and players to move up. (I assume that the dumpster fire I picked up is drafting in the top 5, but I don't know how all the 3-13 spots are going to work out.)

But the team that has the 1-1 doesn't own it. Then I realize that the teams that owns this year's 1-1 and 2-1 also owns the 1st and 2nd of the same terrible team for the next two seasons. Then I start digging through the league trades and that terrible team that traded their 1st and 2nd rounders away has traded with three teams since the owner that traded the picks joined the league and has only traded with one team more than once -- the same one that owns the 1-1 and 2-1 this season. The other trades made at least seem reasonable although Indy's WR was not worth enough in exchange value for that trade. The trade Pitt made with New York was a wash. So that leaves three heavily lopsided trades with one team that, by the way, has won the last three championships.

As a new player in a league, that doesn't speak of competitiveness. That screams of rigging. But call it what you will.

You are brand new to MFN2 and immediately, you are accusing people of "rigging" (cheating). Rigging is an accusatory claim that equals cheating.

How brazen of you to make such a claim. The trades were legal and acceptable, and yet you make yourself to be some kind of judge and jury.

Furthermore, You state you wanted to negotiate "picks and players for the 1-1 pick". Sounds like sour grapes and speaks volumes of where your tirade stemmed from. You still can negotiate, but instead you come out slinging mud. How hypocritical of you!

Those were perfectly legal trades that have worked out well for us so far, and yet you call me a cheater?! How dare you!!

Spare us the indignation. Bottom line: You bent a guy over and fucked him, and it gives you an unfair advantage.

Given this is the scores Pittsburg has been putting up, I think I'm pretty justified: https://mfn2.myfootballnow.com/box/view/4516

This is the thing that really seems odd about this whole ordeal. It seems like Pitt is tanking even though they don't have their picks.

How is playing within the rules and making legal transactions unfair?
What a poor sport you are!

Bottom Line: Do what you can within the rules to win. What a bunch of **** to claim an unfair advantage for trying to win and abiding by the rules to do so!

King I don't believe any of us have called you a "cheater". I know for sure I haven't. If you look at the situation with little or no back knowledge of the players involved ( and you have earned the respect of all of us!) it would look a bit suspicious. I think that's all that's being said. I will defend you and all the other owners of this league against all comers. We have been and will continue to be the benchmark league in MFN. Enough said.

We get it. You cheated fair and square.

"Fishy" "Unfair Advantage" "Rigging" certainly does speak of cheating. I play this game fairly and competitively. I have done well and then I get 3 or 4 guys who come with these claims?

King there will always be haters. Look at New England. All the success = haters. Winning is the best medicine. If the trades were approved they were allowable. Complaining about them is a waste of time.
